Senior Director eCommerce Product Management

The Senior Director eCommerce Product Management is responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering on the Strategic Product Roadmap for Webroot eCommerce platform. As a highly visible impact player you will drive the necessary research, analysis and testing to develop a pro-active, strategic vision for the development of the eCommerce product. You will ensure visibility and knowledge transfer of all eCommerce initiatives and technologies across platforms maximizing leverage where possible. You will enable key business users by providing all relevant information, tools and training while driving key new initiatives within a clearly defined methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Define requirements for global eCommerce business to support consumer and enterprise SaaS business.
• Develop, secure stakeholder approval for, implement and maintain, a strategic eCommerce product roadmap in support of revenue and strategic goals. Define/gather market requirements, feasibility, scope, project planning and resource to deliver new initiatives on time and within budget.
• Define and drive the eCommerce end to end Customer Experience. Recommend, secure agreement for, and implement key enhancements and optimization of user experience across platforms and teams to drive measurable, continuous KPI improvement.
• Support the maintenance of existing programs and platforms, directing 3rd Party Vendors, internal PMO, QA, Customer Service, Fulfillment and Engineering teams, as well as cross divisional stakeholders to ensure adherence to and continuous optimization.
• Enable eCommerce business users by providing and facilitating training, key product system support, reporting, analysis, testing and recommendations to drive best practices in support of key eCommerce goals.
• Define requirements for mobile commerce and integration points for ecommerce or social media platforms to mobile users and devices.
• Utilize analytics and Web metrics to run and analyze reports to evaluate how all global sites are performing. Track and analyze all web visits, customer interactions, page views, conversions and other Key Performance Indicators including traffic, conversion, engagement, upsell and bookings revenue.
• Manage web production deliverables, timelines and program launches.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8-10 years ecommerce experience
• Demonstrated success planning and managing eCommerce development roadmap
• Proven skills in effectively leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Experience managing and prioritizing development work with engineering and external teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
• Experience of business and strategy development
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively and effectively articulate ideas
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Strong presentation, analysis, and negotiating skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred
